There are no hidden charges. You pay only the amount that you see in your order summary at the time of check out.
In case of a payment failure, please retry ensuring: Information passed on to payment gateway is accurate i.e. account details, billing address, password (for net banking), etc.  Kindly also check if your Internet connection has been disrupted in the process.
If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it is normally rolled back to your account within 15 business days. You can email us on orders@hanuramfoods.com with your order number for any clarification.

CASH / CHEQUE PAYMENTS:
If you wish to pay by cash / cheque, kindly visit us at our factory outlet (address mentioned below) between 10.00am to 10.00Pm.
DIWALI ADVANCE BOOKING CASH/CHEQUE PAYMENTS
If you are paying by Cash/Cheque for your Diwali Advance Order, please visit us on our outlet address between 3.00Pm - 7.30Pm from the 15-19th October 2019. <
